Deane Powell (FOCUS Founder)
Dean Powell – the Founder of FOCUS Group Prison Ministries

Dean was born in Greenville, South Carolina. After doing Federal prison time in the 1970s, he became very successful in the Health Club Industry. Currently, Dean lives with his wife Wendy and two sons in Knoxville where he’s an investment broker with Prudential Insurance. He conducts weekly FOCUS groups at the Knox County Detention Facility.
